| GA ABBATE P.O. Box 122 Elizabeth, NJ 07207 also, Naples, Florida BREEDER'S COMMENTS: I breed Gouldian finches in a large outdoor, planted aviary in Florida. I have been successfully breeding Gouldians and other finches for the past 50+ years. I like to correspond with other fanciers about genetic breeding and the most controversial issue of NUTRITION. All my finches feed their own youngsters, as a result I produce healthy and strong offspring. In turn, these offspring feed their own young. Happy New Year to All! Updated January 12, 1999 |
INEZ R. PENA Middlesex, N.J. BREEDER'S COMMENTS: I am a hobby breeder specializing in Canaries; Society, crested and uncrested Finches; and Lady Gouldian, Normal and White Breasted Finches. All are cage bred indoors, good singers, and in good health. I have about 16 Canaries, 20 Society Finches, and 40 Lady Gouldian Finches. I have been a hobby breeder for about 10 good years. Now I am forced to sell all of them because I am moving from a house to an apartment. I will sell the Lady Gouldian Finches in couples. If anyone is interested in acquiring some or all of them, please let me know. I live in Queens, New York, but if you are a buyer, and you are close to central New Jersey, you can also buy there. I will share information of "how to be a good breeder." Updated January 22, 1999. |
