I hardboil a couple of eggs, peel and microwave
the shells. I puree the shells (& any extra shells I have hanging
around) in a food processor until chopped really fine, then I add the
eggs. I process this until it is really mixed, then refrigerate. Before
I "serve" I use a spoon to chop it up as fine as I have time
for, mine like it dry. The eggfood going to those breeding or with
babies gets sprinkled with SuperMax ProBoost and anyone molting gets
Featherup sprinkled on theirs. I daily serve a variety of greens
separately.
